Each FlexLine module is a defined solution – built on standard platforms, reusable across customers. We specialize at applications like palletising, machine tending, automated box folding and conveying and automated part orientation and infeed.

Palletizing and depalletizing
The palletizing solutions handles both palletizing and depalletizing of boxes, bags, and KLT containers on Euro pallets, with four configurable variants including extended axes, increased pallet height.
Machine Tending
Connects the warehouse with CNC and assembly lines, where MiR robots deliver part carriers to stations and a cobot picks, orients, and loads components into machine fixtures. It has multiple configuration options.
Part orienting
The automated part orientation and infeed solution efficiently orients and transfers parts from KLT/VDA containers into fixtures or downstream processes using UR cobots, SCARA, or Delta robots depending on speed requirements.
Box folding
The automated box folding and conveying solution streamlines the process of erecting and transporting boxes, ensuring consistent quality and efficient material flow across the production line.
