Modular belt conveyors are extremely robust and can be used in a multitude of ways for almost every transport application. The belts are wear resistant and can even be used to transport product with sharp edges. The conveyor system offers various chain materials to make it suitable for food, suitable for high temperatures or resistant to chemicals.
The positive drive mechanism of our modular belt conveyors makes them extremely reliable, even with unfavourable length/width ratios. They can also absorb lateral forces, allowing workpieces to be moved diagonally. A further benefit is that liquids from the product can drip through the chain. The system’s modular design allows you to combine the segments with straight, curved and incline conveyors to achieve virtually any three-dimensional track layout.

Application Examples
Unloading and sorting line for small load carriers
In an automotive factory, empty small load carriers are collected and cleaned at a central point, where they are then sorted according to size, type and design. A sorting line that can hold the large quantities of small load carriers and react to the different throughputs is now required.
Very long conveying path for non-stop assembly
A production line requires an infeed conveyor for assembly stations. The workers process the products continuously. In order to achieve the required throughput, several assembly stations are built next to each other. As a result, the belt conveyor has to be particularly long.
